Please complete the form below to submit your entry for a qualifying shift at the Heritage Traditional

*You may enter up to 2 priority shifts, once 1 is bowled you may add more subject to availabily* Priority will be given to lowest shift attempt.

Ex. If Bowler A is attempting his 3rd shift and Bowler B is attempting his 6th shift, priority will be given to Bowler A.

Entry fees are

$275 - one shift no upgrades (can be paid by cash at time of shift)

$375 - unlimited shifts with a 2 shift guarantee with 3 or more shifts based on availabilty. Once you play 1 shift you can then sign up for more based on availability.

($375 shift entrys must be prepaid by emt to Traditionalopen@gmail.com by May 4th, 2026 to be eligible)

No lineage will be taken on Sunday (which we never have)

$50 lineage per individual, capping at 120 Individuals ($6000). Heritage Lanes will sponsor lineage after $6000.

Entries open on April 7, 2026 (Any entrys submitted before this date will not be valid)
